ISSUE OF SHARES ON EXERCISE OF QUOTED OPTIONS

Northern Cobalt Limited advises that it has issued 5,000 ordinary shares upon the exercise of quoted options. The options have an exercise price of $0.20 and expiry of 14 September 2019.
